Yes, if your device supports Dual SIM functionality, you can use both your physical SIM and eSIM at the same time. You can manage both SIMs in your phone settings and keep both lines active simultaneously.
If you purchased your eSIM+ package in the Global YO app, activate it when you are ready to use it while connected to Wi-Fi. If the eSIM is for a country where you are not currently located, you can install it in advance, but activation starts only after arrival. Most eSIMs can be activated only once, so after deletion they cannot be reinstalled.
Global YO also supports later activation via the My eSIM bubble, useful for planned trips or gifts.
If the QR code does not work, your eSIM may already be installed correctly. Check your phone settings to verify eSIM status.
Yes. You can install later using the My eSIM bubble in the Global YO app. In most cases, activation happens automatically after installation when you connect to the destination network. If you buy for another country, installation can be done in advance and activation starts on arrival.

If it appears without errors, it is installed and active.
If you did not receive your QR code, payment most likely did not complete. Check payment status and try again. If the issue remains, contact support.
If your eSIM is installed and selected but data is not working, APN may not have been configured automatically.

Caution: once deleted, eSIM cannot be reinstalled.

If your package is active but has issues, do not delete the eSIM. Contact support first.
You likely reached the daily 1GB high-speed limit. After that, some partner networks reduce speed, but data remains unlimited at lower speed. High-speed allowance resets every day.
Open the Global YO app and go to the My eSIM bubble. Open the plan under Active Data Plans to see remaining data.
Enable Data Switching in settings so the phone can automatically select a SIM for data.

If you delete your Global YO eSIM+ or lose your device, the same eSIM cannot be reinstalled. You need to obtain a new eSIM.
A 1-day eSIM is valid for 24 hours from activation time. It does not expire at midnight.
For local packages (single-country), unused data cannot be transferred to another country eSIM. For regional or global packages, remaining data can be used across included countries.
All Global YO data plans require an eSIM, so you need to install one when getting a plan.
Yes. You can purchase multiple eSIMs for the same country in the eSIM shop bubble. You can also top up an active eSIM from the My eSIM bubble.
